Cards For Feedback is a market research platform that connects consumers with opportunities to participate in surveys, studies, and feedback programs conducted by or on behalf of various brands and organizations. In exchange for qualifying participation, eligible participants may receive compensation in the form of prepaid Mastercard cards or other rewards as specified at the time of the offer.
Participation opportunities, availability, qualification criteria, and compensation amounts are determined at the sole discretion of the Company and its market research partners and are subject to change without notice.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any content from the Service without our prior written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING THE AVAILABILITY OF SURVEY OPPORTUNITIES, QUALIFICATION FOR ANY PARTICULAR STUDY, OR THE AMOUNT OF COMPENSATION YOU MAY RECEIVE THROUGH THE SERVICE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CORPORATE FEEDBACK SOLUTIONS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF COMPENSATION YOU RECEIVED THROUGH THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Corporate Feedback Solutions LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against the Company.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Earnings Disclaimer, FTC Disclaimer, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Corporate Feedback Solutions LLC regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
